Favorite Home Feature # 1 - Sunny and Bright

The number one reason we chose this home over the other town home models in the area was the sunlight.  The big bright windows in the living room and the master bedroom provide beautiful sunlight and make the home warm and light.  The other town homes we saw were much darker with no windows in the living room at all!  If you like sunlight, you'll love this home.

 

  

 

Favorite Home Feature # 2 - Maintenance Free!

There's nothing worse than having to shovel off your drive way at 7 am so you can drive to work.  This home comes maintenance free!  You'll always have a promptly shoveled front porch and driveway after each snow storm, even the little ones. It's awesome!  The same goes for mowing, landscaping and fertilization.

Favorite Home Feature # 3 - Great Location

Arborwalk is located at the intersection of Ward Rd and 150 Highway on the south end of Lee's Summit.  The area is growing rapidly.  There are new stores and restaurants going in each month.  Highway 150 toward 71 highway is expanding and will soon be a 4 lane highway.  Some area restaurants include, La Fuente Mexican (within walking distance),  Master Wok Chinese, O'Quigley's Sports Bar, Houlihan's, as well as McDonalds, Subway, Quizno's, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Sonic and Arby's.  We are less than 2 miles from Price Chopper and 3 miles from Hy-vee.

Favorite Home Feature # 4 - Quiet Neighbors

We've been blessed with very quiet neighbors.  During the entire 3 years we've lived here we have never once heard a peep.

Favorite Home Feature # 5 - Laundry in Basement

Several models in the area have their laundry on the first floor.  We have really enjoyed the extra space of having the laundry located in the basement. 

Favorite Home Feature # 6 - Huge Walk-In Closets

We're not kidding, both of the bedrooms have enormous walk-in closets.  It's hard to photograph a closet accurately, so I tried to take several shots as if you were walking in to it.

 

  

 

Favorite Home Feature # 7 - Large Basement for Storage

A unique feature of this town home is the large basement for storage.  It is stubbed for a full bath so it could be used to create more living space.  Either way it's a nice feature!

Favorite Home Feature # 8 - Six Year Remaining Warranty on the Buliding

The home comes with a 6 year warranty on the building! So, no worries about foundation, roof, or structural issues.

Favorite Home Feature # 9 - Clean & New

This home looks brand new. It has been kept in impeccable shape and feels like a brand new model home.

Favorite Home Feature # 10 - Unique Layout

When we were shopping for town homes in the area, we were drawn to the unique floor plan of this home.  All of the other town homes we looked at were exactly the same layout.  The unique character of this home sealed the deal for us.  You should come by and see what we saw.

Favorite Home Feature # 11 - Arborwalk Park

Arborwalk sits right next to Arborwalk Park which includes paved nature trails, a state of the art mulch bed play scape area, stocked fishing lake, wooden plank wetland boardwalk, open play fields, community church, and a City of Lee's Summit 17-acre nature park.  You'll see neighbors out and about with kids playing on the play ground, jogging or walking their dogs on the paved trails around the lake. 

 

  

 

Favorite Home Feature # 12 - Award Winning School District

Favorite Home Feature # 13 - Community Garden

Arborwalk offers residents a free garden plot to plant any herbs, vegetables, fruits or flowers!  There are several pro gardeners in the neighborhood who are happy to offer their expert advice.
